The first step for any student to participate in Harmony Homestay’s program is to submit a Student Application Form. Complete the Student Application page through the button below.

Step 2: Waivers and Forms

The Student’s legal Guardians must sign this Consent and Waiver form as part of the application process. To participate in Harmony Homestay’s program, each Student must agree to Harmony Homestay’s expectations. Please sign the forms below.
